Feldenkrais method is when magic and science combine. It’s working with your body and mind and attention, learning how to learn from your own self (while you are being guided by an instructor who creates conditions for you to learn from yourself). The result is improved coordination, capacity to make graceful and connected movements, improved mood and reduction and prevention of chronic pain.
